What a great time just to go fishing! This tournament set up perfectly for just about any way you want to catch them. The City of Greer's Ferry is always a fantastic host! We had right at 100 boats and over 75 limits were brought to the scales. Big winners of the day turned out to be Adam Wright and Brad Snodgrass who brought in a solid bag weighing 17.35! They said they really caught them on just about everything, but their biggest fish over 5 pounds came on a jig late in the afternoon that sealed the win! Second place was the team of Justin Howard and Jeff Wade who also weighed in a great bag at 17.07. They reported catching them flipping all day, in their bag had a 6.75 that ended up being worth $500 as the Academy Big Bass of the day! Rounding out the top three was Stephen Tyson Jr. and Alonzo Hillard who put up 14.65 pounds for the day. They also caught fish on a variety of baits and tactics! Congratulations to all the winners on the day. We paid out 13 places in cash and 4 extra places with prizes.
